• Educational Data: Fee dues and payment history, digital receipts, attendance records, exam marks/results (if shared by institute), uploaded documents or photos (if applicable to features).
• Device and Usage Data: IP address, device model/ID, operating system, app version, usage logs, session duration, feature interactions (collected automatically for performance and analytics, often in aggregated form).

• Directly from you (via app forms, payments, support interactions).

• From third parties (educational institutes sharing student/fee data, payment processors).

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. All student-related data is obtained through their parents/guardians (who register and provide the information) or the educational institute.

We comply with applicable laws regarding children's data, including requirements for parental consent where necessary. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such data.

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect children's information and limit its use to educational and fee-management purposes only.
